I am so sorry for the Herald Family and your loss; I lost my Mom last year. I have found death to leave me with a feeling of helplessness, even Jesus when about to wake Lazarus from death gave way to tears. May I leave you this word of encouragement that has helped me? The Bible says at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 that God hates death, and shows it to be an enemy. He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. -Job 14:14, 15. My sincere condolences.
