Condolences
Hello, June I just discovered this website. We miss Henry every day. And every day that I sit at the piano, I hear his voice giving instructions but in a way that builds confidence. My hands don't work very good now but what he taught me helps keep them working. I have such pleasant memories of working with him at Fred Myers. One funny episode occurred early in our working relationship. He was just closing up but invited me in anyway. We ended up spending the next two hours working at the keyboard which was my very first piano lesson. When I returned home at 8 pm, I spend the next three hours practicing "inversions." I learned more from Henry in those two hours than many other hours trying to learn from piano instruction books. That led to a keyboard purchase, a portable keyboard purchase and a Wurlitzer mini-grand whch graces our living room-a very fine instrument. On one Sat afternoon, I entered FM for a visit and Henry was visiting with Jack W. Jack was with a young lady. I thought they were a cute couple but she was very young. For two hours, Henry let me think they were a couple. But, it was his daughter! Jack has since become a close friend and advisor. He helps us keep informed. As I said, we miss him every day but we celebrate knowing him. Best Wishes Beth and Jim Riley
I remember the good times with Henry and June and Bobbie. We would celebrate our birthdays by going to Eddie Merlot Restaurant in Fort Wayne. Henry loved to talk, never a silent moment with him. We heard about his times growing up and learning to hold his own in a confrontation and later his time spent in the service of his country. He was a generous person willing to help others in need as he donated to various causes in Dorcas Circle where he became a member along other ladies in that Church Circle. I will dearly miss this dear gentleman and friend. Carol O'Shaughnessy
I've selected this candle to light my dad's way. I hope it's battery operated though! Last time a candle was left in the Goulet homestead the bathroom almost went up in flames. It's not really funny, but it kind of is.....You have to be a Goulet to get that one. Sorry folks! I'm a Goulet through and through. Diane Goulet-Aurand

My dad was always happy to see me, and you can see it in his eyes. Even at the very end, I knew my dad was glad I was with him. We had a very strong bond that will never be broken. He once told me he would always be with me, and I believe him. I know he'll watch over me and protect me, and I know he doesn't want me to be sad. I can't help it. I've lost my partner in crime. The only other person who was more ornery than me! I love you Dad! Di
