So sorry to hear of Rick's sudden passing. He welcomed me to the Worth Ave neighborhood when I moved in across the street in December 2017. He was always easy to talk to, always had a smile. He and I shared a few stories about automotive repair nightmares, and some funny stories about that too. He will missed by many, we are sure of that.
