When I think of papaw I think of our trips we went on together! To the wall where he traced his best friends name from the war and camping and even when we went to Texas to watch my cousins graduation from the Air Force. He loved to tell us all about what the different ships and planes and things that happened. I also remember taking a trip with mamaw and papaw to see the museum with the submarine in it. I remember growing up loving to listen to the old country that papaw and mamaw loved and now I love. He sure loved all of us grandkids!!!!! We would all go over there just to hang out with mamaw and papaw! Miss you both very much but most of all I miss papaws stories and his Daffy Duck talk.

The world lost a great friend and person. Bill was one of my best friends and will be sorely missed by my family. Thoughts and prayers for your families.
