Condolences
Sending my heartfelt condolences. Mom would often say to me when I visited from Michigan, "We have to get over to see Ed and Sue," but time always escaped us. I wish so much that we would have had that one-more-visit, the "cherry on top" of a bowl full of fond memories shared. Ed's sense of humor and love of his family, not necessarily in that order, will be remembered most for me. His commitment to his children, which at times he made me feel as much a part of them, was obvious, and he set a benchmark for what I viewed as a most beautiful life of marriage, family and church. Gosh, I'm sorry I can't be there in person to tell you, Sue, Cheryl, Karen and Kathy, how much Ed and all of you have meant to me and my family over the years. Know that special thoughts are with you all now and beyond. Take care - Susan (Burkhard) Klusman
I have many happy memories of the whole Knierim family from your days at All Saints School. Ed lived a beautiful faithful life. May his legacy live on in all of you.
Cheryl, I’m so sorry for your loss, but sounds like your father lived a full and happy life. God bless you and your family.

Cheryl:
My deepest condolences on the loss of your father. I never met him in person but reading his obituary, he had an extraordinary and interesting life and you were a part of it. Peace to you and your family at this sad time.
So sorry to hear of Ed’s passing. I always loved his visits to the shop and seeing him at Chick-fil-A. He was a blessing to my life.
