My sweet friend, Tony...

I tried to call you today. I needed to ask for advice and hear your voice. For the first time since I've known you, you didn't answer the phone. Also, I was going to leave you a voicemail, but your inbox was full. As soon as this happened, I had a bad feeling in my stomach. I googled your name and your obituary came up. I hope you know what a great friend you were to me and how absolutely special our friendship was. Not many people in their life can have a friendship likes ours. Thank you for your advice, for being there for me when Brandon passed, for the Christmas cards, and everything between. I am so sorry I was not able to be there to pay my respects to you and that is something I will beat myself up for always, but I will try and make it up by honoring you every Flag Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Veteran's Day, and all days in between. God Bless you and Esther, and thank you both for being a huge part of my life.

I really enjoyed working with Tony at Ford for many years. I miss him.
