Condolences
Today I found a letter from 1977 wishing me a Happy Birthday because you weren't gonna be home.
I love you and I miss you.
You taught me how to eat rolled up bread dough, and tried to give me my first cigarette WAY to early.
You tickled me until I simply couldn't breathe, then I would catch my breath and we would start all over again.
Love , your baby sister - or as you usually called me, Pooh bug.
Love you Buddy! I will never forget all the great times we had as cousins growing up together! We all had so many fun times I can't even fit them on here. Special memories at Aunt Nelly and Uncle Omar's farm.
Buddy, You will be missed. Our time growing, being Marines, and working together I will always treasure. Love you Bro.

So sorry Mrs.Heath for your family's loss, I enjoyed talking with Phil, when we were working together he always had something to say and loved pulling your leg and usually would end in a barrel laugh after he gotcha.
Phil was a giving person to what ever come up with someone in need.
Phil would use his common sense to smooth over guys with a situations that needed a calming voice toward they're problem.
I always through Phil was a gentlemen at heart and I will not forget him.
Phil always said hi. Was always friendly & helpful. Condolences to his family.
Phil was such a sweetheart. He always had something humorous to say and loved giving other dock workers heck. Phil brought me the puzzles from the paper every day just because. He will truly be missed. RIP Phil!
