Condolences
Aileen was such a wonderful and gracious lady. Despite tragedies in her life, she exemplified a loving and caring soul. She and her husband Perry were the first people we met upon moving into their neighborhood. And very soon thereafter they became the 'neighborhood grandparents' to our young toddlers whose blood grandparents lived far away. A friend to all she met, Aileen will remain in the memories of all who knew her.
Aileen was like a member of our family. We’ve spent many holidays, neighbor gatherings, and afternoons on the front porch with her. She treated my children as her own grandkids. Her kindness and sweet smile will always be remembered. What a beautiful soul that we lost here on earth, but heaven gained. May you Rest In Peace and enjoy being with your family - we will meet again one day.
With Love,
Maria, Bryanna and Lucas Bailey (little Ivy too)
I first met Wilma at Sears Eagledale, May 1964.She was the Head Cashier. Her Snow White Hair was always well kept as was the clothes she wore. Her gentle way with customers and fellow employees was to her credit. I just loved her,but then who didn’t? A beautiful soul can Rest In Peace. Her long time friend—- Rip Van Winkle—-
