i will never forget the endless nights in my garage, the early mornings at ryans, and the evenings spent taking adventures. the laughing and talking that would go on for hours on end. and the constant eating. kortni had a beautiful and unique soul and impacted so many lives. she was caring, beautiful, and stood up for herself and her people. she was an amazing friend and i’m forever grateful to been able to know her for these last 4 1/2 years. i hope you’re at peace kort, i love you.

I met kortni about 5 years ago at hot skates in middle school. She was always an outgoing person. She was the type of person that was always ready for an adventure. I’ll forever hold all of the memories we shared close to my heart. To the sleepless nights at kamryn and Ryan’s house, to laughing our asses off all day , to all the Walmart adventures, and late nights drives. thanks for letting me be apart of your life kortni, rest with love

Kortni was my best friend for 6 years. she was always there for me no matter what, she always knew how to make me laugh and smile even when I didn’t want to. i’m so blessed to have had a friend as amazing as her . she was truly one of kind. I hope you’re happy up there babygirl. things won’t be the same w out you here but I guess i’ll have to manage. this is all for you kort , rest easy angel❤️

She was there when no one else was, since 4th grade she’s been there for me no matter what. She was my first friend, the first person I could truly confide in. The first person to understand and conquer life with me. Our most innocent and wild times were spent together, building and shaping us to be who we are. I would not be who I am today without her, I owe making it this far to her in part. Kortni is profound beauty in a chaotic world and I’ve always loved her for it. I always will. Within the loudness of the world , I am so happy to have had the opportunity to have Kortni in my life.

We’ve had so many memories that i dont even know where to begin. The nights of her making me watch Sweeney todd and eat popcorn, she could watch that movie over and over again. Or when she would make me make her food bc man she could not cook, gosh her grilled cheese’s were so buttery. . She was always there for me, if i needed her regardless the situation i knew she’d be there for me. She was beautiful inside and out. I may have lost my long time best friend. but Heaven gained an angel.. love you kort ❤️

Kortni was the type of friend to stay up and listen to punk music all night while painting, and then end up dancing in the rain before the sun would rise.

She was the friend to genuinely get excited if you bought her a slushie. She was the friend who would'nt roll her eyes at a pinky promise and wasnt ashamed to tell you she couldn't cook to save her life. She was the friend I sat on my mother's couch and did online school with because we were too anxious for real class. I could count on her to be down to watch Greys Anatomy and She was the friend who loved my hoodies and made me smile just about every time we were together. Kortni really only had a childhood and that breaks my heart but I am glad I was a part of it. May her soul and her family find peace.
