I have wonderful memories of Shirley coming over to chat with my grandma and grandpa. She was always so full of life and laughter, and so nice to me. My grandparents could not have asked for a better nextdoor neighbor or friend for all those years. I’m so sorry for your loss.
We at Brook knoll village love her so much and we are going to miss her so much
Aunt Shirley was definitely feisty! I loved playing cards with her and listening to her banter with her brothers.
Now you are with Dad (Cecil), and your other siblings.
May God grant you all eternal rest.

Mark and family, Shirley was a force of nature and second mom to Steve and me. She would always make me laugh. I am so glad you selected her nursing school picture...I can remember how proud my mom was of Shirley for going back to school and getting that degree. How she loved telling the Jeep story and many other stories of the neighborhood kids. She was also the garage sale queen. I know you all miss her, but be assured that she is with LeRoy.
Shirley, I miss you terribly already, we had some really good times, fun times, and made a lot of wonderful memories.
We were friends that could share anything and everything, we have laughed together and cried together, and if only the world would listen to us, we could have solved all current problems facing mankind. Anyway, we sure tried didn't we?
You have always been there for me - day or night - and I know that you will be there to greet me one of these days. Find us a casino with good food and winning machines girl, cause we are not finished yet.
Love you always,
Peggy
Kyle, Chelsea and family, so sorry to read about your grandmother. It is so difficult to lose a loved one. My prayers are with you all. Hugs
I am so sorry for your loss .
Shirley I will miss your words of wisdom, and how you always made me smile. I am happy that you are with your husband and son now. Hugs until we meet again.
