Condolences
When God calls ,his childern home. His angels come to take them by the hand , leading them along a shining path into a place of of peace and light. Home at last they see the Lord open his arms, welcoming them with a smile into the everlasting joy and peace that is his love. He will also comfort those left behind , and help lead you thru your sorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this sad time. Love David & Debbie Galloway
My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to bless and strengthen you as you remember that his word the Bible at John 5:28, 29 says that there is going to be a resurrection. With this promise it is possible for you to see her again because we know that God can not lie. Usually at some point in time after the funeral when family members and friends are gone, we usually find ourselves all alone to deal with our grief. Please be assured that you are not alone. The best Friend a bereaved person can have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in prayer because "he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6,7) May all the many wonderful memories that Violet your loved one provided comfort you during this most difficult time.
Mrs Magoun was my first grade teacher in 1968 at Stephen Decatur. She was a very special lady. MRs Magoun went to the moon she use to say and BINGO was his name oh! She taught me to read and write. She was a special lady and a great influence in my life even back then. She was a treasure!
Violet was my mentor and friend. She took me under her wings and surrounded me with her wisdom and love. I can hear her calling me Pamela, not Pam. I loved it. I'm fortunate to have spent the time we had together.
Violet loved her children and grandchildren. She made me feel as if I was one of hers. I am forever grateful for her love and friendship.
