Celebration Of Life
Condolences
To the family,
I am just learning of Carlotta's passing today. I was in the process of referring one of my patient's family members to her for her ever wise, ever caring assistance, when I learned that she's passed.
My heart is indeed broken and although some time has passed, I had to take a moment to thank you for the woman I've come to know through the years.
I'm a social worker at Harbor Light Hospice and I've learned so much from Carlotta through Aging Avenues and her role as a senior care advisor.
Her warmth. Her kindness. Her wisdom, and her genuine concern for others will be deeply missed in communities all over southern Indiana.
I wish you, her family, peace and every comfort. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.
I am so very sorry to hear about Carlottas passing . She was truelly an amazing person .
June and Roy Were so sorry for your loss and we want you to know that our hearts are with you during this difficult time God bless you and your family. Love,Larry and Elaine
I met Carlotta about 5 days before her death. Carlotta set up a booth at the Harrison on the west side for an event that STEVENS Mortuary sponsored to present the Honor Flight Movie. Carlotta was talking to a few of the veterans to let them know she would try to help them with their prescription benefits. She and I chatted during the movie. I could see the desire she had to attempt to help our heroes. Never knowing that she had something within her that would end her life 5 days later. She reminded me a lot of me. Socailizer, problem solver, caretaker, et. I wish I knew Carlotta longer. Peace be with you.
My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to bless and strengthen you as you remember that his Word the Bible at John 5:28, 29 says that there is going to be a resurrection. With this promise it is possible for you to see her again. The best Friend a bereaved person can have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in prayer because "he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6, 7) Please allow God to help you heal by means of his consoling Word, the Bible. Please free to visit the site www.jw.org for a wealth of spiritual information. May all the many wonderful memories that Carlotta your loved one provided comfort you during this most difficult time.
As part of the Medical community, I think we are all in a state of shock and our hearts are breaking for this loss to our family and yours. Carlotta was a dear friend who always had a smile and a welcome for each and everyone she met. Her dedication to helping others in need was always evident . She will be greatly missed by all who new her.

Steve, i am so sorry for your loss. If you need a friend I'm always here for you. Love ya man...
I don't know where to start about what Carlotta meant to me and why she meant to the senior market. She was my Mentor, my cheerleader, my supporter and a leader in the Indiana Senior Community. I heart is broken and I am still in shock that I will not be able to call her next week and ask her how to handle something and have her talk me off a ledge. Carlotta served so many Verterns that she deserves the Purple Heart.!! RIP my dear sweet friend. I promise to carry on Contunity of Care as you would want me to, and continue to help and fight for the Seniors in Indiana. I just don't know how the health care community moves on without our leader. Prayers and thoughts to your family and parents, know your sweet Carlotta was so loved and honored by so many. Love u my friend. Bridget
Many of our teams at Enlivant Senior Living worked closely with Carlotta. Her compassion and commitment to veterans and their families made her invaluable to many. Carlotta made a difference, not only to her friends and family, but to so many seniors...always ensuring that they had the resources for the best possible care.
What a great life, and an amazing heart. We cannot believe that she is gone, and yet her work will continue to enrich so many lives. At our communities, we see her legacy of dedication to those who have served our country. And we are so blessed to have known her.
Our thoughts and wishes are with her family.

Carlotta was such a lovely person. I know Carlotta through working in the senior community and always enjoyed talking to her. Most of our chats, though, were centered around her beloved family and the lake house. She was so passionate about all of you. My heart goes out to her family.
I respected and admired Carlotta's dedication and passion for helping seniors. I enjoyed working with her to find solutions for families and their loved ones. My heart goes out to her loved ones as she will be greatly missed and always remembered.
Roy, June & Family,
Our hearts are so saddened to hear of the loss of your dear sweet daughter. Please accept our sincere condolences. There is just nothing so painful as losing a child.

My deepest sympathies for the loss of Carlotta. She was a true advocate. Her tenacious presence will certainly be missed by our entire west-side healthcare community. My thoughts and prayers will be with you as we remember Carlotta throughout the coming days, weeks and years. She will not be forgotten.
I had the privilege of knowing Carlotta through our work with the senior population. Over the past few months, I had the opportunity to talk with Carlotta at length and grew to truly appreciate so many of her beautiful qualities. I will definitely miss her. You have my sympathy.
Steve & Sophie,
No words can even express what a great loss we all feel right now. I can't imagine what you are going through. Carlotta and I met through Mothers & More, a stay at home moms group. It was my saving grace. We have been friends ever since. Even if it had been awhile since we last spoke, it didn't matter. We could pick up right where we left off. I pray for strength and peace for all of you!!
We are saddened to hear this news. Our deepest condolences to the family.
You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

My most sincere condolences for your loss. I was fortunate enough to support Carlotta in her business as her Virtual Assistant. She was always learning and trying new things which made her a brilliant marketer. Her work has touched so many lives and her legacy will live on with those she has served through Senior Care Advisors.
It was a privilege to know Carlotta and I'm grateful that our paths crossed. Blessings for peace and comfort as you remember her.
