Obituary of Margaret L. Renie
Margaret L. Renie, 90, died peacefully on Sunday, July 31, 2016. She was born in Indianapolis on August 9, 1925 to Fred and Agnes Stuckey. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles T. Renie, her parents, sister, Mary King, brothers, Bob and Bud Stuckey as well as a daughter-in-law, Christine Renie and son-in-law, Larry Keller.
She raised nine children and was an active member and volunteer at St. Christopher Catholic Church in Speedway for over 60 years. She also delivered Meals on Wheels for many years.
Marge is survived by her children, Elaine (Mike) Alhand, Theresa (Dave) Frazer, Mark (Denise) Renie, John (Kathi) Renie, Mary Keller, Joe (Colleen) Renie, Jim (Barbara) Renie, Barbie (Troye) Kinnett and Donna (Al) Androne as well as 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and two great grandsons to be born later this year. She is also survived by her sisters, Rita Mariani of Noblesville, Norma Stuckey of Mesa, AZ, a brother, Tom Stuckey of Toronto, Canada and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at St. Christopher Catholic Church 5301 West 16th Street, Speedway, IN on Monday, August 8th, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will also be held at St. Christopher Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 with visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of any flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Catholic Youth Organization, 580 E. Stevens St., Indianapolis, IN 46203.
