I am the chairman of the organ committee at St George's - Germantown, TN. Due to financial constraints, Goulding & Wood built our instrument (Opus 46) over the span of several years, in about 5 of 6 stages.
Because of the nature of this project, we had the pleasure of spending time with Brandon every couple of years for as much as a week. Brandon had become a dear friend and I always looked forward to seeing him whenever we completed the next stage.
We shared many a dish of barbecue at the "Commissary" here in Germantown (with the occasional Yuengling). Very close before he passed away, Brandon visited us for the dedication concerts on our instrument - I feel very blessed that he could be there for the completion of the project.
He had become a good friend, and I will miss him very much. Go with God Brandon!
I'm very sorry for your loss. God bless.

I am heartbroken to hear of Brandon's passing. I have many trips on the road and countless hours in the organ chamber or in the shop to remember him by. Peace my friend.
We at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church in Dallas, TX are so sad to hear of the loss of our dear friend Brandon. But we are fortunate to carry on his legacy through the sounds of the large instrument he voiced for us in 2003. We have so many wonderful memories of working with Brandon through the entire process of planning, construction and installation of the organ. What an amazing talent he had! I will miss his phone calls, keeping in touch, checking to make sure everything was working fine, and sharing some funny story or joke. Rest in peace, Brandon.
I am very sorry to hear of this. Brandon was a complete pleasure to work with and Goulding and Wood will be hard pressed to find another man so completely devoted to his uncompromising standards. A true loss to the organ world. He will be greatly missed.
Like everyone, I'm sure, I am in shock by this sad news. Brandon was so full of life, humor, generosity, and TALENT! He was very supportive of me during a difficult time in my life, for which I am forever grateful. The organ-building world will never be the same without him. And who will tell us such great jokes now??? He was one-of-a-kind. Rest in peace, friend.
Dear Colleagues and friends at Goulding & Wood, I am deeply saddened to hear of Brandon's passing. He was a tremendous asset to your company and to the larger organ community. I will hold you in my thoughts as you cope with this loss.
My sincerest condolences to the Woods family, especially to Lo. I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon about 40 years ago and thought at the time he was a great guy. His memory will live on in every pipe organ his hands touched and ears heard! The Indiana Historic Landmarks facility is a prime example of his legacy. May God bless and keep you all during this difficult time.

Oh, Linda, I'm so sorry for your loss. Thinking & praying for you & your family.
So sorry to hear about Brandon. We were distant relatives, thru our grandparents. He was a joy to go to school with. Competition for the honor roll in Mrs Cummings classes. I know he will be missed by all his family.
Prayers with you all.
Prayers are with your family at this time.
It was my pleasure to spend time with Brandon, albeit brief! My only regret is that we couldn't have had more time for laughter and great conversation! He was indeed a great guy!
He will be missed.
Love to Linda and all his family.
I will miss Brandon so much! I first met Brandon in 1983 when he was in my home town of Danville, IL working on the Moller pipe organ at St. James United Methodist Church. At the time he was employed by the E. H. Holloway Corporation of Indianapolis, IN. We remained friends through the years, and I have many great memories of long discussions about pipe organs in his voicing room at Goulding & Wood, as well as a few (not-so-clean) jokes! I was always amazed at his razor-sharp hearing and voicing skills as well as his knowledge of organ literature.
To Linda and his family, I send my deepest sympathies. I know he is hard at work voicing the greatest pipe organ of all in the Heavenly Kingdom.
My most heartfelt sympathies and prayers to Linda and to all of Brandon's family. Brandon was colleague, teacher, and friend from my earliest days in organbuilding. All of us who were blessed to know him will never forget his generous nature, his lively sense of humor, and his manifold artistic accomplishments. Happy trails, old friend, and may the angels welcome you.
Brandon was the voicer for our 2005, Opus 43 organ at Second Presbyterian Church, Roanoke, VA. His talent was unbelievable, although he never displayed any ego about his ability to hear the most subtle differences in sound. For someone who was so technically gifted, he was such a people-person, and cared deeply about the quality of his work.
We will miss Brandon so very much, and extend our deepest sympathy to his wife and family.
