Billie was one of the kindest most , Loving caring guys I know he would help you anyway he could . He always had a kind word and always had a beautiful smile on his face .I never saw him being rude with anyone always what can I do for you .I miss him very much . Bert and Billie were special buddies (brothers) always seeing what they could get into .Rest in Peace Love you .
