David "Mike" Mattingly Mike Mattingly, age 63, of Indianapolis, passed away June 1, 2010. Mike is survived by his parents: Joseph and Mary Mattingly; Casey Mattingly, wife of 22 years; children: Jodi (Raymond) Stacy, Kelly (Jeff), Michael (Jennifer), Teresa, Mary and Patty; sisters: Patricia (Mike), Angela (John); brothers: Joseph (Carolyn), James (Mary); and 9 grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, June 4 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church at 10 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial following. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
