June I. Garvin 86, Indianapolis, passed away July 24, 2010. She was born June 6, 1924. She dedicated a lot of her time to volunteering, and was involved in community activities. She was preceded in death by her husband: John M. Garvin, Sr.; and son: Charles C. Garvin. She is survived by sons: John (Janice) Garvin, Jr., Rod (Becky) Garvin; daughter: Sallie Garvin; sister-in-law: Nancy Garvin; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The services are at 10:30 am, Thurs., July 29 at Stevens Mortuary and Family Center, 5520 W. 10th St. with visitation there from 4 ? 8 pm, Wed., July 28.
