Rosalie G. (Esselman) Eddington, 88, of Avon passed away May 5, 2015. She was born July 16, 1926 in Perryville, Missouri to August and Annie (Brewer) Beinlien. Rosalie was employed at the International Shoe Company of Perryville, MO and Galyans Market in Plainfield, IN and Brownsburg, IN. She was a member of St. Susanna Catholic Church since 1966, St. Joseph Altar Society, Senior Harvest House and was a former parish council member. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Olive Manche; son, Ronald J. Esselman and husband, Elvis J. Esselman whom she was married to for 53 years. Rosalie is survived by her sons, James R. Esselman of Sedalia, MO and William E. (Patricia M.) Esselman of Indianapolis, IN; 7 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 7 from 4 pm – 8 pm in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indianapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 8 at 10 am with visitation 1 hour prior in St. Susanna Catholic Church, 1210 E. Main St., Plainfield.
