Obituary of Margaret Switzer
Margaret A. Radez Switzer 93, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2011. She was born on January 17, 1918 to the late John and Mary Radez. She was one of 10 children. Margaret was a 1936 graduate of George Washington High School. She was married to Luther Switzer for 53 years until his death in 1992. She was employed for many years at Hygrade, formerly Kingan, P.R. Mallory and Co. and Hugh J. Baker Steel Fabricators. Margaret was a life long parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she was a proud member of the "Potica Ladies." She was also a member of the Slovenian Cultural Society. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Milan Stefanciosa; granddaughters Martina S. (Mark) Bruce and Jana M. Stefanciosa; two great granddaughters, Mallory Elizabeth and Madison Jane Bruce; one brother, William Radez and one sister, Rose Radez Hickam and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 4-8pm Tuesday, April 19 at Stevens Mortuary and Family Center, 5520 W. 10th St. Indpls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, April 20 at 10 am at Holy Trinity Church, 901 North Holmes Ave., Indpls. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. www.stevensmortuary.net
