From the time I was a little girl growing up on Michigan St, Shelia, was a positive influence in my life, S Shelia was a women that life lived life to the fullest, she was fun loving and make anyone welcome when you had the chance to meet a women of her character, she was intelligent, bright, giving and very, very loving. Shelia lighted up a room when she entered a room, she was the life of the party, and always had a encouraging word. I may of not seen her very often, but I will say the world has truely been blessed to have an individual of her character, and Shelia will truely be missed, but not forgotten. God has truley returned to him what he gave those the opportunity to have a relationship with. I love you Shelia, and I will miss and remember you forever. I will be expecting you and my mother to greet me at the door of heaven, ready to Party......
I am sending all my Love to Amanda,Dokata Debbie, Beth, Charlie, and to the rest of the family I did not name. You all including Shelia was my second family with your mother Cookie being a second mom to me at this time my prayers and sympathy go out to each and everyone of you.I pray that God will show you his peace and glory in this time that is very difficult, also his strength and wisdom. Love you All....
There will never be another Metea. This girl gave her all 100% of the time. For years at Buds she was the person who remembered everyone's birthday with a card. She planned all the parties and did all the wonderful decorating. She never wanted acknowledgement for any of the things she did for her friends. She loved doing things to make people happy and got angry if you tried to do anything for her! I can't imagine life without Metea I know in my heart she is happy with her Dad now. I hope she knows how many people love her and will never forget her. I know she will always be in my heart.
Praying that you are smiling at us all from above as we pray for you & all the family. Thankful that I was able to spend some good times with you this past year & sad that those good times & talks will never be repeated..We love you girl..you are forever remembered dear cousin.. Love you! Cousin Charlotte & Morgan
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this very difficult time. With love always, Uncle Ken Halcomb and family
Those of us at Bud's knew her as Metea. She was a beautiful person with heartwarming personality. Going to karaoke on Saturday nights was so much fun partly because you knew she would be there to share her love for music and dancing. She always gave you her famous hugs and kisses when you arrived and when you left. She will be greatly missed. RIP dear Metea.
