Martha Marie Steiner, 65, of Avon, IN passed away March 6, 2014. Martha was born January 21, 1949 in Montgomery, IN to the late Paul J. and Anna I. (Worland) Steiner. Martha was employed with IU Health as an administrative assistant. She was also a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church. She is survived by her sisters, Mary (Jim) Fulkerson, Madonna (Edwin) Hankee, Regina (Kent) Wininger, Barbara (John) Durnil Elizabeth Riley, Marian (Gabriel) Mehringer and Virginia Quillen; brothers Robert (Beth), Paul V., Tony (Monica) and Norbert (Liz) Steiner; 31 nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 4 pm - 7:00 pm in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indpls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014 at 10:30 am in St. Christopher Catholic Church, 5301 W. 16th St. Speedway. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
