I have thought of Bill many times over the past year and I know many remember Bill for the
kind of guy he really was. He volunteered to box for charity at a special event. Our whole
department of Credit Cards and ACS attented the event and bill was ready but, he was up
against a professional boxer and lasted one round. While we were upset that he had to
fight the professional, we all still remember that Bill Dalton was the only one from our
staff that was willing to get in the ring for charity. That was the kind of person that Bill
Dalton was and that was more than 30 years ago, it is still fresh in my memory and I hope
his family will also remember that Bill was a gracious volunteer and a wonderful person
that I will always admire his courage and actions.
