Obituary of Apolona Loviscek
Apolona (Pauline, Polly) Konechnik Loviscek, 94, of Avon passed away October 3, 2013. She was born January 9, 1919 in Morgantown, IN to Frank and Mary (Gregor) Konechnik.
Pauline was a member of St. Malachy Catholic Church and the KSKJ.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 29 years, Louis Loviscek Sr.; daughter in law, Kathleen; son in law, Jerry Baker; three grandchildren, Mary Foster, Drew Cline and Addison Cline and great grandchild, Sarah Sechrest.
She is survived by her sons, Louis Matthew Loviscek Jr. of Brownsburg, IN, Robert (Mary Kay) Loviscek of Brownsburg, IN and Paul Loviscek of Zionsville, IN; daughters, Arleen (Ray) Krebs of Nineveh, IN, Madeline (Wayne) Barnette of Columbus, IN, Phyllis (Steve) Fon of Brownsburg, IN and Sheryl (Terry) Thorpe of Avon, IN; sisters, Mary Zupancic and Margaret Ford; sister in laws, Joanne Konechnik, Bertha Medsker and Sylvia Loviscek; 20 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 4 great great granchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6 from 3 pm - 6 pm with a rosary at 6 pm in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indpls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 7 at 10:30 am in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 901 N. Holmes Ave., Indpls.
