Cynthia K. Dugar Fawcett 56, of Indianapolis, passed away July 17, 2011. Cynthia was born November 29, 1954. She was a 1972 graduate from Cardinal Ritter High School and also a graduate of Ivy Tech. Cynthia worked for M.S.D. of Pike Township for over 16 years. She loved sports, beach vacationing and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Robert A. Dugar, Sr. and Paul D. Loy. She is survived by her sons, Jordan and Connor Loy; daughters, Mallari Loy and Jessica (Kurt) Cohen; her mother, Jackie Dugar; brothers, Kevin Dugar and Bobby (Suzzi) Dugar, Jr. and six grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 21 in Stevens Mortuary and Family Center, 5520 W. 10th St. Indpls. and A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. in St. Monica Catholic Church on Friday, July 22.
