Condolences
I join friends and family in respect for and appreciation of the life and contributions of Mr. Klarich.
Janie, you and your children (three of whom I remember fondly from our college days) are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Your Goddaughter, Kathy.
John, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how tough it is to lose a great father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Gina & Larry
We remember John and Jane as the world's best neighbors! We had the priviledge of living next door in Chapel Hill for 8 years. Always willing to lend a hand, visit in the front yard or share Notre Dame football tickets. What a wonderful man who will be dearly missed by his loving family. Our condolences to you all, we are thinking of you.
One of my first memories of Junior was when he took me with him on a road trip to Pennsylvania to visit the Shimrocks when I was only about 5 years old. I was a very shy child and was afraid of most adult relatives (Uncle John Hren for example because he was so big!) I must have already picked up on Junior's kind and gentle nature for me to have agreed to leave home. Junior was definitely a good family man. I thought it was so clever of him when he took the back seat out of their car, made a flat bed for all 4 pajamed kids, and he and Janie would set off for outdoor movies in the summer. I will miss Junior, and I'll always remember his bright smile and wonderful laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with you Janie, and Diana, Danny, Johnny and Terry.
I first met Mr. and Mrs. Klarich in the early 70's. What I remember most is that when I visited the house he was always watching college football. Always had a smile and always joking with you. Never saw the man in a bad mood. He and Mrs. Klarich raised a great family. As I raised my own family I moved in the neighborhood. Each day as he was driving home he would always wave and at times stop to say hi. I think those times that he stopped he was coming home from playing golf. I think he had to rub it in since I was working that day. My condolence to the family and will always remember Mr.Klarich.
Diana, I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We are unable to be with you on Saturday because Anna has an MCJROTC drill meet in Washington, IN. May God help ease your pain. Susan, Paul, Victor and Anna Diatlovich
We first met John and Jane when our daughter and her husband bought the house next door to the Klarich's, many years ago now. What wonderful neighbors they turned out to be! We had known their daughter Diana for years, and enjoyed meeting her parents. One afternoon when I was at the house letting my daughter's dogs out, I noticed John in his yard working. One of the dogs saw him also and just hopped over the fence to go say hello. Then the dog hopped back over the fence into his own yard. John got a big laugh out of that dog. It was always obvious that John loved his family. We will always remember John's friendly smile and friendly attitude. It was our pleasure to have known him. God Bless. Stan and June
The boys and I have you all in our thoughts and prayers. We were blessed to have met and spend time with John at some of the Russello's gatherings.

My Papaw was such a wonderful man and I will always cherish the special relationship he and I had. He and my Grandma had a huge hand in helping raise Chris and I. I am so thankful for everything my Papaw did for us. I'll love you forever Papaw. - Papaw's Girl

Dear Aunt Janie and my sweet cousins, May God keep you always Iin the palm of his hand! I have been blessed with the enjoyment of the love and devotion of the most wonderful uncle in the world. As a yound child, uncle Junior became a young father figure to me a little girl without a daddy! My earliest memory is of him taking me down to Mammaw's basement with him to shine his shoes. He would place his shoes on the edge of the table, pick me up and place ME in them, then polish and shine away as igot to play my important part of standing in his shoes. Now, I think back and remember as I thank God for the privilege of being able to stand in such a wonderful man's shoes! I will always love you, Junie!
So very sorry for your loss. We will keep your family in our prayers during this difficult time.

Dear Janie,Diana,Danny,John and Terry, we are all so sorry for your loss. John(Junior)was a good and thoughtful man. I have many good memories of him when I was little. Some of the best memories were the Friday night trips to the old CYO field to watch Cathedral football games with him and Sonny. There were also a few trips up to South Bend on Saturdays to watch the Fighting Irish. He had a good life and we were all lucky to have known him! May he rest in peace! Love Steve
