I remember my big brother would come and get me a couple times a week from the little kids playground at Holy Trinity, get me a milk from his milk card & take me to the big kids playground to let me play kickball with the
big girls...My big brother was the coolest!! I miss you so much.
Pam & family. We just heard of Mike's passing. So very sorry for your loss. Your family made a positive difference in our life and always brought a smile. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. God bless. Mike & Beth
Pam, Chris, and Jon, you know Phil and I love you guys and Mike so much. Please know as much as we all love Mike, God loves him and each of us even more. As difficult as the trials and sorrows of this world are, we have to trust that God is in control. Although we can't understand or make sense of it, at least not on this side of eternity, we are assured that one day we will see and understand that bigger picture. From my own experience, when we can allign our heart with our mind in acceptance and most importantly, focus our thoughts on what God has given us rather than what has been taken, we can begin to heal and find joy not only in the memories but the lessons Mike taught us through his life and his death. Pam, we all knew you truly were the love of his life. Chris and Jon, he was so proud of you two - not just in all you both have accomplished, but in the fine husband and father you each have become. Mike was a good, good man and we share in your sadness. None of us knows the day or time God will take us home. We can best prepare by loving God and one another, cherishing each day for the gift it truly is, and holding one another just a little closer. We love you guys. You and all your family are in our hearts and prayers always. Dot

This is the photo that made me a popular girl in school. This chubby, nerdy girl was friends with the pretty, popular girls in school and invited to all the "cool" parties.....all in hopes that she would invite her gorgeous big brother, my " friends" would always say " let's go to your house." But always had somewhere else to go when they found out "Mitch" wasn't home. His looks did well for me!
