James "Jimmy" L. Reynolds, 60, of Indianapolis, passed away February 12, 2012. Born in Effingham, Illinois to James Thorton and Henrietta Regina Reynolds who along with his step-father Keith Trotter preceded him in death. James was a 1969 graduate of Ben Davis High School and 1973 graduate of Indiana Central College. He was employed for 30 years as a "home supervisor" in dormitories at the Indiana School for the Deaf and the Indiana School for the Blind. Survivors include his siblings Larry Reynolds, Susan Austin, Jeanette Thurman, Randie Trotter and Terry Trotter. Visitation will be Thursday, February 16 from 4pm-8pm at Stevens Mortuary and Family Center with a funeral service on Friday, February 17 at 11am also at the mortuary.
