Obituary of Paul Davis
Paul D. Davis, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 15, 2012. He was born on April 12, 1932 in Bowling Green, KY to Robert Lee and Edna Davis.
He had two sisters and one brother, both preceding him in death.
He moved to Indianapolis in 1949 where he met his future wife, Norma Jean (Jeannie) who he wed in 1953.
Over the span of their 59 years together, they had five children, Paula, William, Kathy, Paul E and Brandy and one grandchild, Eric.
He was a machinist mate first class in the Navy aboard the U.S.S. Yosemite for 4 years and then went on to serve 8 years in the Naval reserves.
Paul was a plant manager at Universal Co-op until the plant closed in 1982. He then worked for the Country Mark until his retirement in 1997.
He was a fan of old westerns and enjoyed country music.
