Obituary of Shirley Dauenhauer
Shirley Ann King Dauenhauer 73, passed away Jan. 19, 2010. Shirley was born Sept. 7, 1936 in Indianapolis to the late Lawrence King and Florence King Wilson., also preceding her in death, Mark Joseph Dauenhauer, son. She was a member of St. Michael Church and a devoted wife of 53 years, mother and grandmother. Survivors include husband, Donald A. Dauenhauer; son Michael Dauenhauer; daughters Lisa (Jim) Leach, Linda (Tom) Hancock, Teresa Dauenhauer, and Mary (Carol Brown) Dauenhauer; brother Larry King, and grandchildren Mandy (Ed) Batty, Maria Frame, Michael and Jeffrey Leach, Rebecca and Victoria Hancock. Great grandchildren Kenna and Aidan Batty. Visitation will be Fri. Jan. 22 from 4- 7:30 at Stevens Mortuary and Family Center, 5520 W. 10th St. Indpls. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Sat. Jan 23 at 10:30am at St. Michael Church, 3354 W. 30th St. Indpls. Contributions can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research.
