Obituary of Robert Luckett
Robert L. Luckett 76, Speedway, passed away on April 4, 2009. He worked at Western Electric Co. for 34 years, retiring in 1984. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas and Richard Luckett, and sister JoAnn Terry. Survivors include his wife, Lydia (Rinani) Luckett; daughters Connie Jones and Nancy Luckett; granddaughter Jennifer (Dr. Andrew) Potter, and great grandchildren, Andrew and Emily Potter. He is also survived by his sister, Marianne Kretzer; brother, Sidney (Ginny) Luckett, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 7 at Stevens Mortuary and a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Trinity Catholic Church of which he was a member at 10 a.m. with viewing one-half hour before on Wednesday, April 8.
