Kathy Keiper Coxe, 52, of Indianapolis passed away September 25, 2015. Kathy was born on January 23, 1963 in Miami, Florida to her parents Bernard and Grace Keiper. Kathy was a retired paralegal and enjoyed gardening, fishing, arts and crafts, knitting and crocheting. She enjoyed the water and spending time at the beach. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. Kathy loved and cared for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Russell Coxe; sister Bernadette Keiper; brother Steven Keiper; grandchildren Brenden and Abigail Coxe.
