Benjamin F. Hampton, 71, of Indianapolis passed away on August 24, 2016. Ben was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 4, 1945 to James and Eula Hampton. Ben served his country in the United States Army, proudly. Some of Ben's hobbies included fishing, helping with senior citizens and photography. Ben is preceded in death by his father and son, Ben Shelton. He is survived by his mother, Eula Hampton; daughter, Lovey Shelton; brothers, Henderson Hampton, Wilson Hampton and Ellis Hampton; sister Della Hampton; granddaughters, Eboney Shelton, Keisha Drew, Latosha Bartlett.
