Condolences
to Andy,Susie,Terry,Elaine and also Buddy's memory: I'm so sorry about the loss of your mom, she was a wonderful person. I think of her often and always always will remember her, especially on 09/14, every year. I'm very sorry the Hughes family was not able to pay condolences to your family. I hope you mom and my mom have found eachother in heaven. In sympathy, Robyn, and family.
I heard from an alumnus at Tech High School of Sharon's death. I remember her well as a cute, friendly, just plain nice girl in my freshman P.E. and Home Ec. classes. I never saw her after graduation, as I went onto college, married, and moved to Illinois and now Michigan. Thank you for posting such a lovely obituary. It's nice to know of her activities and accomplishments. I wish we'd stayed in touch. We obviously had a lot of common interests. My sympathy to her family.
My most sincere, heart-felt condolences to the McAtee family. Sharon was one in a billion, and she was a special part of mine and many other people's lives. There is not a theater performance I attend that I do not think of her fondly. I will always think of her with a smile on her face and a smile on mine. And, as she would want it, make a point of remembering her at Christmas, her most special of holidays. All my best to all of you always.
Elaine, Sorry to hear about your mom. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Mark
Elaine and family, We were sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Karla, Marty, Michael & Matthew Stauder
A very sad day for the world August 30th 2009, as it lost one of its most beautiful souls to have graced this planet. To Sharon's family and friends,my sincere condolences and prayers at your time of loss. I am so blessed to have great memories of Aunt Sharon. She always seemed to have "The smile of the world" on her face when I visited with her. She was by far one of the most positive and influential people for me that I have ever known. It seems just interacting with Sharon helped me to realize the positive in the world. I will never forget a Christmas in Bernie and Sharon's basement. Sharon was all smiles. The beauty of Christmas could be seen on her face. She made me realize there was great happiness in the world. I always loved and respected her and will always think of her fondly. I will not be able to attend her funeral but will be there in spirit. My mother gave me the news yesterday and it is indeed a dark day here because of her loss. But,we were blessed to have known such a beautiful person as Sharon. I smile when I think of her, always have. Matthew Atwood
To the whole McAtee family, your loss is also our loss. She was a big part of my life growing up. At school, Christmas pagents, Girl Scout Leader, forever a friend of my mothers. Somehow, between Terry and I, Buddy and Jamie, and Elaine and John, they always had something to talk about together. The world was a better place with her in it. Love to all of you. Jamie sends his condolences. Terry, I love you very much. Friends forever. Peggy
Although many years have passed, I still think about all of you. Our mothers were good friends and they are together again. I wish I could come and see you all again. My condolences to all. Jamie
I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is my prayers. Rose Egan (Connor's Spanish teacher)
I did not know Sharon personally. Her daughter, Susie, used to babysit me and my siblings, Jerry, Debbie and Kelly Chapman, back in the late 60s, and I would like to extend my condolences to the family.
Elaine and family So sorry to hear about Sharon. I know you will miss her very much. We are thinking of you. Mary Haefer
My thoughts and prayers are with you,but your Mom is no longer in pain and she's with Buddy and they are having a grand old time.
My heart goes out to all of you. Mrs. McAtee always seemed to have a smile on her face and her laugh was most infectious. She will be missed to everyone who knew her. Even though I cannot be with you all in person, I am there in spirit.
