Don was quite lively at Allison Transmission and certainly added to the good times for lots of people that worked with him. I hired on young and he taught me a lot including how to travel the country and to "carry my own bags"...which was his first strict order. : ) My heart goes out to Sharon and his family. Don was bigger than life and I really enjoyed working with him. He will definitely be missed.
I worked with Don at Allison Transmission 1994-1997 and he was a great person. So sorry to hear about his death. Sandy & Family-you have my deepest sympathy.
