Obituary
Obituary of Maxton Veal II
Max Veal, born in Tokyo, Japan on August 3, 1963, was the son of Maxton Veal and Jan Veal. He passed away on December 25, 2017, at the age of 54.
His family moved to Sacramento, California where he resided for 18 years. He proudly served in the US Army for fifteen years, retiring as a Sargent. After he was discharged from the Army, he began his studies with an IT Tech School in Sacramento, graduating with a degree in Computer Science. Max was employed in Sacramento for a few years, then moved to Georgia to start his journey with his bride, Tracy Boyd. Their son Jalen was born on November 8, 2003. Max and his family moved from Sacramento to Atlanta, Georgia where he was hired with the company Stericycle. Max was transferred with his job to Indianapolis, Indiana where he was promoted to Supervisor.
Jalen, age 14, was the love of his life. They were the Dynamic Duo so where you saw one you saw the other. Their many travels to other states, amusement parks, and traditional family gatherings were just a few of the many passions they experienced together.
Max was preceded in death by his father, Max Veal and his sister Robin Veal. He leaves to mourn, his mother, Jan Veal, sister, Donez Clausell, and his son, Jalen Veal. Max is also survived by three generations of cousins. Max will be deeply missed by his family, co-workers, and a host of friends.
