Obituary of Robert Smith

Mr. Robert Smith was known as Bobby, son of the late Marian and Johnny Smith was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his first grandchild, Christal Williams. He graduated from Harry E. Wood High School in 1961.
Bobby Served in the United States Army in which he was a teletypist. He loved serving his country. Bobby had a great love for eagles. He said they made him feel free. After his honorable discharge he met and married Alfreda Smith on Christmas in 1970.
Bobby was known as a jack of all trades, but master of none. Wherever or whenever hed help whoever. He was always happy to assist others.
Bobby loved to play cards. He also enjoyed doing home repairs and working on cars. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Robert Smith departed this life on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 while a resident at Golden Living Nursing Home at the wonderful age of 72.
Bobby leaves to cherish his loving memory: beloved brother, Paul Crittendon; sister Mary Ann Smith; daughters, Andrea, Friday and April Smith; grandchildren, Ebonie, Reggonti, Arieal, Terrin, Armund and Sterling; great grandchildren, Reggonti Jr., Auri and Liberty. He is also survived by his lifetime companion, Darlene Mosley and a host of cousins and other relatives and cherished friends.
