Sylvia Lee Troupe, 73 of Indianapolis, passed away September 24, 2018 in Indianapolis. She was born in St. Joseph, MO, on September 18,1945, to James and Ethel Troupe. Sylvia worked as a nurse, security guard as well as working in a deli. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses. Sylvia enjoyed various things like gardening, cooking, fine dining, music, movies, cartoons, family gatherings, shopping and dressing up. Sylvia was known for her hats and her classic looks with her walking cane to match. Sylvia is survived by her children John Henry, Byron Coleman, Nathaniel Coleman, Antwon Coleman (which preceded her in death), Jami Coleman, and Abner Williams Jr.; Siblings, Ethel Brooks, and James Troupe (Eardena McCoy); grandchildren, Cordaro Coleman, Mathew Coleman, Cecil Coleman, Johnette Bell, Johniece Bell Antaniece Coleman, Alyssa Kai Coleman, Ayanna Coleman, and Alex Coleman; great grandchildren, Keenan Cunningham Jr. and Kristian Lee Cunningham; and nieces and nephews, Lamont Troupe, Harold Darden, Jason Saddler, Theresa Troupe-Jordan, Deandre McCoy, Eric McCoy, Scott Obomanu.
