Obituary of Dell Howard Jr.
Lifes Reflection
Dell (DeeJay) A. Howard was born to Dell A. Howard Sr. and Lynda D. Howard on August 2, 1983 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Dell graduated from Arlington High School in 2001. He attended William Harper Junior College in Chicago, Illinois and went on to obtain an Associates Degree from Lincoln Technical College.
Dell accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at the Messiah Missionary Baptist Church. He went on to attend Serenity The Prince of Peace with his fianc and children.
Dell loved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as a young boy and was a big fan of the movie The Last Dragon. But most of all he loved Football. He got his start at a young age playing PeeWee football at Tabernacle Presbyterian Church aka Tab. He had a great career in High School and went on to play Semi-Pro with the Indianapolis Hurricanes. Combining his love of football with his love of children, he was proud to coach two of his sons on Youth Football teams. His team finished this past season undefeated.
Dall was always the Life of the party. He would light up the room when he entered. Many enjoyed his animated story telling with anticipation of the voice changes he used to help bring the stories to life. He was a joy.
Dell departed this earthly life at the early age of 35 on Sunday December 9, 2018. He was preceded in death by his great grandmothers Ruthie L. Tyner and Ollie Quarles, his uncle Jamie Howard and his aunt Maria Howard. He leaves to cherish his memory, the Love of his life, Angela Franklin, Children Dell A. Howard III, Aniyah D.
