Obituary of Betty Ann Giddens
Betty Ann Giddens was born January 13, 1947 in Spencer, Indiana to Ruth Moore. Betty was the oldest child out of 22 siblings. She moved to Indianapolis as a teenager and was known as Betty Moore. Later in years, she met Johnny Cleve Horton and they had two daughters, Belinda Smith and Diana Smith.
She was known as (Lady Big Legs) to her friends back in her day when she used to talk on the Citizens Band Radio (CB).
Betty Ann Giddens departed this life on April 28, 2019 at the age of 72.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Belinda M. Smith and Diane L. Smith; grandchildren, James Merrill III, Johnny Horton, Montelo Horton, Frank Hooks Jr., and Shon Ford; son-in-laws, Antonio Smith, husband of Belinda and Amelio Johnston, husband of Diane; granddaughter-in-law, Reyna Readle, wife of Frank; great-grandkids, Uriah Shinn and Donald Huerta.
