To the family of Larry "Forty" Brown: I cam clearly remember the day that you & your Daddy came into Amber Woods' office to apply for an apartment. As I processed your application that day, we forged a tight friendship that lasted all these years. Sometimes, I had to play the Mother role, and other times I was just your sister/friend, Miss Luvenia. I shall miss you standing on the balcony waving as I drove by.
