Mrs. Allison, 76, of Charlotte passed away Friday, June 12, 2009, at Presbyterian Main. She was born September 27, 1932, in Marion County, Indiana, the daughter of the late Charles E. and Alma Bannon. Mrs. Allison was a loving caregiver and wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. In addition to caring for her grandchildren, she also loved cooking, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Robert Allison; children, Bobby Allison (Debra), Michael Allison (Marsha), Kathleen Fink (John), Kevin Allison (Kyle), Brian Allison (Kim), and Daniel Allison; twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and sisters, Linda Tortora and Mary Davis. The family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 pm, with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at Stevens Mortuary & Family Center, 5520 W 10th St, Indpls.
