Condolences
Chris, Jennifer, Christian, Alexa, and Caleb Papa Joe was the man who lived and spoke from the heart. He will be missed but his spirit and laughter will remain in our hearts. Keep the faith and we hope to see you soon. God Bless and love to all. Chuck and Juanita
On behalf of Ellis Cotton, the Cotton family wishes to express their sincere condolences on the passing of Joe. My Dad and Joe were birthday buddies, even though Joe was 1 year older. Joe's birthday was June 13 and my Dad's is July 13. There was not one birthday that passed where they didn't exchange a phone call and birthday card. They were both members of the American Legion Post 546 in Racine, Wisconsin. I know my dad is hurting, but if he could he would say "Talk to you later buddy." God bless-The Cotton Family Racine, Wisconsin
True legacy is seen in the fruit of one’s trees. Papa Joe’s life is well represented in his children, grandchildren and greatgrands plus all of the other lives he touched. What a blessing to have cherished him for as long as you had! Prayers and much love to all you who will miss him dearly. Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.
Joseph was a great cousin to me. I enjoy our Saturday afternoon Bible study. He’s gonna be really miss by his love ones and family. God bless the family. Love cousin Bobby

Papa Joe l haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you but I feel like I know you personally. Thank for your service, & for giving Theresa & her girls something to do because I’m sure they would have been BORED;-) You gave us a scare a few times, but you hung in there. Now it’s time to take your rest.......... RIH Papa Joe Gigi

Papa Joe, what a life you lived and a legacy you have left behind. You were one sharp man, dressed to the T and always looking good! It has been a blessing to know you and to know how much you loved your family. You will truly be missed, but we know you are no longer suffering and in a better place. What a nice tribute, Jennifer, I love you guys and know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
