Condolences
My sincere condolences to the family. Vicky had an amazing heart, soul and spirit. It was a blessing to have had a friendship with her. Rest well.
Vicki was the closest thing I had to a sister growing up. I remember road trips where we did nothing but laaaaaaugh the entire time. I couldn't tell you what we were laughing at. I remember singing loud and trying our best to rap every part of Criss-Cross's "Jump, Jump!" I remember scaring her with a fake raccoon tail at a family cookout. The way her panicked look melted into hysterical laughter will always be one of my favorite memories. I love you Vic. Rest in love, sis.
Love You Cuz, I know God has his loving arms around you and our entire family. Robert Colbert

Mrs. Victoria, You were such a wonderful soul. A person that was always by my side whenever needed. You helped my father raise me to be the man I am today and I appreciate that. Supported me every step of the way from high school, bachelors, as well as my master’s program and always encouraged me to never give up. You gave my father a new step, pushed him to be much better, and helped along the way. I love you so much. Please watch over my dad and guide him, Joshua, myself, and Gene throughout our journey. Thank you again. Until We Meet Again, Your Son Marcellus

Sis - we are both lovers of Jesus - your race has been run here, although i know you will be busy in Heaven, doing what you do, looking after all of us, take a break now, relax ....I will see you when i get there (may be a 1000 years from now) BUT no one better than you to aide me with my face to face introduction with Jesus than you. Love you sis!!
My sister Vicki at my wedding in California several years ago...We had the BEST time - Love you Sis!
My love thought and prayers for all of us that God gave the privilege of loving and being loved by Vicky. Life is always changing, but the principle of divine order remains unchanged. Realizing that God's order remains unchanged to all situations, and events inspires me, and it is my prayer to us all, to place our focus on what is under our control and release the rest. My continued prayer is to surrender to God's perfect order, even when all feels chaotic and let God confirm his divine order of all things, proving that we are never alone as we continue our journey on this planet.
Miss Victoria, I have lived next door to you for 7 years. it’s just become real that you’re gone and I’m heartbroken. You are such a special person. Each time I would speak to you, I would think ‶Wow, that’s who I want to be″. You’re strength, kindness and love of life were second to none. I always thought there would be more time: when things slowed down, when I got my yard under control, when Covid was over. It’s a hard lesson to learn that the time may not be there. The kindness you showed my family, particularly my daughter, will never be forgotten. She misses her friend ‶Miss Victoria″ but smiles when she talks about you. I remember many months ago, there would be music coming from your back deck. It was nighttime. I was recovering from brain surgery and down on myself and thought ‶there’s Miss Victoria; living life″. It just made me want to dance. It’s quiet now. We miss you and the years that won’t be but will hold you and your spirit close to our hearts. Heather
My dear Victoria! My Friend! My Soul Sister! There are no words....Thank you for your kindness, pure heart, joy, energy, love, endless help for everyone around you! My heart is broken. I miss you crazy! You are always in my heart!
