Obituary of Marshia Lenoa Crowdus
Marshia Lenoa Crowdus, 76, of Rushville, IN passed away on July 8, 2021. She was born in Rushville, IN on June 12, 1945, to Jesse Herman and Edith Clay English, both preceding her in death. Marshia had several careers to include working in public service for the State of Indiana, a teacher aide in the Rushville County Schools, Schnadig Furniture, Philco and D&M. Marshia loved spending quality time with her family and enjoyed music, reading, puzzles, writing poems, knitting, dancing, fishing and playing cards. Marshia was a member of BLM- Rush Co., and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, brother-in-law, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Marshia is survived by her daughters Editha L. (Scott) Doll, Shawnia M. (Dennis) Graham and Anecia L. (Brian) Vanest; granddaughters LaShaya Crowdus, Jayda Crowdus, and Peyton Doll; grandson ClayeVan Crowdus; ex-husband Roger Crowdus; and nephews Jeff Morton, Phil (Erin) Morton, Jesse Morton, Frank (Amy Fasbinder) Morton.
