Roger J. Garner, 59, of Indianapolis passed away on February 26, 2022. Roger was born on July 13, 1962 in Portsmouth, VA to Roger J. and Doris (Meattey) Garner, Sr. Roger is survived by his son Justin (Sussie) Garner and daughter Ashley Garner.
