Miss Lena was a good childhood friend of my mother, Beverly Jackson Noethtich. I have fond memories of Lena as a young child and a visit to Indy not long after she and family moved from Anderson. I can close my eyes and hear her calm and smooth voice, and her zest for a fun enjoyable life, and her never ending youthful nature. My thoughts are with Valerie and family at this difficult time.
