Obituary of Gregory Waddell
Gregory Edward Waddell, 52, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on February 17, 2023. He was born in Indianapolis to Henry Jr. and Linda (Bragg) Waddell, both preceding him in death. Gregory attended the Indianapolis public schools and graduated and received his diploma from George Washington High School. Gregory had several careers, he worked for Goodwill, Recycle Force, a certified welder with expert skills at Geiger and Peter, and most recent for several years a warehouseman. He enjoyed old school and rhythm and blues music, hanging out downtown, the Indianapolis Colts football, basketball, cook outs and spending quality time with his family. Gregory was a loving and devoted father, brother, son and cousin. Greg was the type of man that would call his family and friends just to check on them and to see how they are doing.
Gregory is survived by his loving and devoted children Terriell Waddell, Kyndal Waddell, Keon Waddell and Keonna Waddell; grandchild Terriell Waddell Jr.; brothers Henry (Nickale) Waddell III, Jermaine (Ashlee) Waddell and Jowan Waddell; sisters Ricia R. (Waddell) Springfield and Monique Waddell; Aunts Darlene Robinson and Sherry Williams; uncle Lawrence Dale and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
