Thomas Emmert Crooke, 70, peacefully passed away at Life Care Center of Fort Wayne on September 28, 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Crook Scott and father, Donald F. Crooke. Tom was born on March 8, 1953, in Beech Grove, IN, grew up in Evansville, IN and graduated from High School in Worthington, OH. Later, he lived in New Castle and Indianapolis before moving to Columbia City, IN. Tom loved music, singing karaoke and playing the guitar. He also loved Hoosier basketball, table games and fishing, He especially loved being with his family and friends. He is survived by his brothers; Dan (Sue Ann) and Kendall (Jackie).
