Condolences
Ann was a neighbor when I was in high school. She acted as a confident and friend to me. I will never forget her.
My condolences to all of her children.
Annie was a second mother to me and never stopped inquiring about my sons and family all throughout her life
She stepped in at a time to remind me how good life could be and that it wasn’t without its challenges Annie was always there for me for all of us who came to her home a place of refuge when our worlds were falling apart Annie welcomed all with open arms she truly was one of a kind the neighborhood mom who drove, Susan , Sissy, Robin , and hundreds of other kids anywhere, we needed to go in the back of her big limo, and we all felt so special rest in peace Annie and smile down on us
I won't say goodbye, because I know Ann, you are just on the other side. A place filled with the kind of love when being human, we search to find. Your spirit and soul are now united as one and indeed back home together, basking in the presence of the love of God once again.
Annie was a great person I loved her just like a mom I’ll never forget this memory on New Years Eve she let us drink some of her Drambuie out of her special glasses we were so excited and giggling (we were young) and we cheered the New Year and then the worst happened I dropped and shattered her special glass I was so upset and started crying and she said it’s ok it’s just a glass but I knew it was more then that and she tried to make me feel better That memory is ingrained in my head and so many other beautiful moments with Annie♥️ Rest in peace sweet Annie(Tell Mom I said Hi♥️)
My condolence to you John and your family. I know that we are blessed with angles on earth to guide us and to confort us. This is what your mother was to many and to me personally. While in grade school I used to go to your house on Minger road and your mother was always very kind and patient since my English was not very good and difficult to communicate at times. May your mother rest in peace and may you celebrate the richness of her life.
Kind regards,
Jose Alejos
I remember how calm Ann was with all the crazy teenagers in her house (while she rolled her eyes every once in a while). She had a wonderful since of humor that she never lost. I am so glad I was able to be around her in these later years also.
Ms Groshong was a really sweet lady.Back in the day shed take a car load skating, our wherever else we all wanted to go. Great memories of hanging out at her house with John, Betsy and Sue when she was little.
Thank you for being kind Ms Groshong
