My prayers and love for Zach
Cousin Patti
The news of his passing gave me such a feeling of sadness. He was immensely loved my his mom, dad and sister. My son Anthony spent some fun times with him sparingly yes due to the fact that we lived so far away. Memphis was a great time; they (our children, Olivia and Zach) had such fun in what seem not that long ago. The times spent were special and the memories of Zach and his caring and sweet disposition will stay with us. To Denise, Michael and Olivia, please find peace and support in each other and those closest to you. Continue to cherish family and know that Zach will always remain close to you, in that special place you already know. God Bless you.
I hadn’t talked to him since highschool but he was such a beautiful soul. He was super funny and was always nice to everyone. I only had one class with him either my junior or senior year and I loved how passionate he was about music. As a musician myself, it made me happy to see others love it. It breaks my heart to see him gone so soon. Sending love and peace to his family and friends ❤️
I think I'm ready to post about this now.. I'd known Zachariah since middle school. We were always just acquaintances and had the same friend group, but we didn't get really close until this last year. He has been an amazing friend to me, and I consider him a part of our family. My 3 year old, Elias, called Zach "my best friend Zag" and Zach absolutely adored him. Me and my boyfriend would invite him over to hang out, I'd cook with him, he'd play our guitars and we'd play video games. He was the best human and always kept things lighthearted. He was creative, funny, charismatic and a true ride or die friend. I miss him so much, but he will always be in our hearts. We love you, Zag ❤️
And to Michael, Denise, and Olivia-- I will never stop thinking about you, and I hope for healing for you three. Sending all of my love- and I'm just a text or call away if you need to talk.
Living far away, we did not spend much time with Zach and didn’t get to know him as a young man. I do know, however, that Zachariah Robert Nash brought some serious joy to his parents, his sister, and his extended family and friends. Denise and Michael were so thrilled to be having a baby and enjoyed him from Day One. They were always loving and proud of his academic achievements and his musical inclination, and they watched him persist through challenges and maintain his sensitive heart. From the time he was tiny to what seems like a minute ago, he was making people laugh with his sharp wit and cheeky humor.
Of course, there were times of frustration and worry (oh, how we worry!), but most of all Zach was a gift and a blessing.
Denise, Michael and Olivia, I am so sorry that this unfair, terrible, shitty thing has happened.
I had the honor of serving as Zach’s school counselor at Ben Davis. I have very fond memories of talking to him about his passion for music. He was such a creative. I know he will be so missed by his family and friends. Praying for peace for you all.

Enjoyed seeing him at the family functions. He was quiet but enjoyed being with family. He will be missed. Hugs and prayers to the family. Love you all❤️
He was the quiet smiling kid at our family functions. He was slow at opening up every time, but once he was comfortable around us, he contributed with jokes and comradery the rest of the day. He will be missed and remembered fondly. The void will be noticed and his memory will live on. Prayers to his family. Lynn
My sincere love and prayers to family and friends. I pray you find comfort in the memories we are blessed to have made with Zach. Zach was a one of a kind young man who had this uncanny ability to make people laugh. He was a longtime friend of both my daughters and one of my oldest daughter Mia's best friends. I have vague memories of him when he was younger but more recently built a bond with him over online gaming. He had this ability to frustrate you and make you smile at the same time. We poked at each other and teased while my daughters enjoyed the conversation but always ended our game play laughing. I can't believe he's gone but , we will see him again . When I do , I'll be sure to remind him how bad he was at the game per usual. Lol ! Love ya buddy. Forever in my heart and memories.
